Divinity Within You

May Day !  A celebration of new birth for Mother Earth in the northern hemisphere. My neighborhood of the world is having rain.  I view rain as a blessing: it nourishes growth.  This is the peaceful kind of rain.

I am trying to have a personal new birth.  As of yet, it is birth into the unknown.  What can I do to help humanity rise to the new vibration of these changing times?  Humanity, as a species, is breaking free of the power and control that has been orchestrating our lives for eons.  The weakness in the chain of power and control is awareness.  Awareness of the power and control.  So far, alternative news is only readily found on the internet.

Sometimes I feel the awareness is a dumbing down as I can’t see a way out.  Our lives are controlled by money.  Those who have the most and orchestrate how to get more through those who have to earn it.  We could have renewable energy, or a type of free energy – how could they (those in power and control) make money that way?   We could be healthy (physically, mentally, and emotionally) – how could they (those in power and control) make money that way?

Money owns the news channels and we are fed BS.  I read on-line that Trump bought the News Channels!!  They (those in power and control) would have to be hurting for money or BANKRUPT (?)to give up that control.  Wish I could verify that, but with all, time will tell.  This would be the beginning of the end of the system of power and control.  PS  I’m not involved in politics, not advocating for Trump or anyone.  I believe to date, it is all rigged and the campaigning is a sham, a distraction for humanity.

So back to May Day.  Let us celebrate the spring rebirth of Mother Earth and tag-a-long Humanity!

Thoughts flicker through my mind like changing channels on TV ( channel surfing).  So absorbed I become, I forget my presence, my identity, my purpose, my focus, my soul.

Let my Higher Self who is watching and waiting get my attention.

God / Divinity / Source, grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change.  Courage to change the things I can.  And the Wisdom to know the difference.

Yesterday I was upset over a situation I wanted to remedy.  It would require a fight.  I would probably win,  but not without trouble and aggravation.  The reward would be the act of fighting back. However in this fighting back, I was falling into the laughing hands of this injustice, created to spawn anger (and domination).

As I experienced the inner turmoil of this, I felt exhausted; so I took a nap.   I knew in my soul the next healing would be to take a walk while the sun was still shinning.  During this walk (in which I thought I would find a course of action),  the Serenity Prayer came to me. I always liked this prayer,  but it never meant as much to me as now.  It gave me the direction to remedy my dilemma.

While working with a disabled individual I learned the true meaning of “IT IS WHAT IT IS.”  He did not personally apply it to his situation verbally, but by this quote of acceptance it was obvious that this was a inner philosophy.  At work this or that absurd thing would raise its (usually ugly, nonsensical) head to be noticed, fought against, remedied: he would state “IT IS WHAT IT IS.”

If we were to fight against, try to remedy would we be spinning our wheels?   We need to ‘pick our battles’ based on the feasibility, benefit and worthwhile use of our energy.  We can live with a lot of regrets and be bitter, or we can accept and move on to be a light to the world.

“Divinity” has a sweet ring to it.  But what about the connotations of the word “Source?”  On this site, I feel that the word “Divinity” represents CREATOR for me.  But  “Source”  also means CREATOR to me.

When I think of “Divinity,”   I am sort of imploring that “Divine” connection or the strengthening of that “Divine” connection to CREATOR.

When I think of the word “Source,” I sort of picture the cord which has created me as linking me to the CREATOR; making me a true part of the CREATOR.  Now “Source” is feeling like a more valid connection for me to CREATOR  than the word “Divinity.”

How does this sound?

May the Light of SOURCE that flows within me, be known and manifest. 

May the Love of SOURCE that flows within me, be known and manifest.

May the Power of SOURCE that flows within me, be known and manifest.

May the Presence of SOURCE that flows within me, be known and manifest.

We feed our bodies. Nurture our bodies as well as can be.  Encourage our children to eat well to grow big and strong.  Those reading this site, also want to grow / develop consciousness; that conscious awareness of spirit or that divine energy that flows within.    What to feed Divine Consciousness within us for it to grow and shine thru?

As there are so many diets out there for the physical, there are also many foods for consciousness to grow and manifest.   I don’t think I need to point them out to you; you probably already have a favorite or have narrowed down a few foods (practices) for your spiritual growth.   In thinking of it as energy, it can follow that energy seems to require energy to flow and grow.

Could it be that we need a conscious (pun intended) effort or discipline to feed this growth?  Set aside a good time each day to just be with your Divine Consciousness.   Acknowledge it and ask it to grow with the energy of your attention and spiritual endeavors.  Allow the space within for this growth and manifestation.

How has this worked out in your life?  Has there been enough time elapsed for you to know?

In the fall of 2014 I listed my home of 36 years for sale.  After becoming a widow, I thought that was the best plan to move on financially (Plan A).  Well, I recently had settlement.  It has not been an easy road.  Often I questioned my course and wondered if it should be adjusted (Plan B). Some where on the internet I heard “Do not have a Plan B, It detracts from Plan A.”   I took that advice.

I was encouraged by Jim Carrey saying to take a chance on FAITH   Full Speech: Jim Carrey’s Commencement Address at the 2014 MUM Graduation (En, Fr, Es)

No more ‘Blind Faith’.   I used to read the newspaper and accept the news based on ‘Blind Faith’.  I used to watch TV news and accept the news based on ‘Blind Faith’.

How about the internet?  That I also no longer have ‘Blind Faith’ in.  Actually, the conflicting information and debunking on the internet may have taught me about not relying on ‘Blind Faith.’  Now, I appear to be from Missouri:  “Show me”.

OR shall we use discernment on where we place ‘Blind Faith’?   I DO have ‘Blind Faith’ now on what my gut tells me.  Or, I reserve my ‘Faith’ until a time when I can feel correctness.  Must say things seem to be working out much better when I have ‘Faith’ received in this manner.
