We all have a finite amount of time, only Dr Pausch knew his in detail. Based on his guidance; I am looking to have more productive, worthwhile, and fun time in each day.
THE LAST LECTURE is a book by Randy Pausch. I would love to be quoting this or that from the book, but I just read it during the last 3 days that it was available to me on Kindle as a library loan. So the text is no longer in my hands to quote. But, it is best I don’t quote it, you will love reading it.
Randy Pausch was a professor at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. The University has a program asking professors to give a Last Lecture as if it were their last time on earth and what message they would impart. Well, it was Mr Pausch’s last few months on earth by way of pancreatic cancer when unbeknownst he was asked to give the lecture.
Besides Randy Pausch telling/demonstrating how to die, he tells/demonstrates to us how to live. The book imparts lots and lots of wisdom as one of the many documents he was leaving to guide his children when he would not be there to do so in person.
Just spent only a 1/2 hour listening to this interview of David Icke. I loved it all, all the topics he addressed and the thoughts he presented. However, my favorite was at 17:30 minutes;

While in China at the G20 meeting last week Pres. Obama gave a press conference at which he was asked about SF 49’s quarterback, Colin Kaepernick’s, refusal to stand for the National Anthem. Mr Kaepernick was doing so to protest racial injustice.
I felt so impressed by Pres. Obama’s answer that I have transcribed it here. This was between 27:28 min until 30:15. If you want to listen to the whole press conference; the link is below.
“In terms of Mr. Kaepernick; I got to confess that I haven’t been thinking about football while I’ve been over here. And I haven’t been following this closely, but my understanding is that at least he’s exercising his constitutional right to make a statement. Think there’s a long history of sports figures doing so.
I think there are a lot of ways you can do it. As a general matter, when it comes to the flag and National Anthem, and the meaning that holds for our men and women in uniform, and those who fought for us; that is a tough thing for them to get past. . . To then hear what his deeper concerns are.
But I don’t doubt his sincerity based on what I’ve heard. I think he cares about some real legitimate issues that have to be talked about. And if nothing else, what he’s done is he’s generated more conversation around some topics that need to be talked about.
So, again, I hadn’t been paying close attention to it; but you’ve heard me talk about it in the past; a need for us to have an active citizenry. Sometimes that’s messy and controversial. Gets people angry, frustrated. But I’d rather have young people who are engaged in the argument and trying to think thru how they can be part of our democratic process then people who are just sitting on the side lines, not paying attention at all.
My suspicion is that over time he’s going to refine how he’s thinking about it. Maybe some of his critics will start seeing that he has a point around certain concerns about justice and equality. And that’s how we move forward. Sometimes it’s messy, but it’s the way democracy works.”
I follow Oracle Report and today’s report included “GRIEF AND LOSS REVISITED/RE-FRAMED – Mercury is retrograde (appearing to move backward in the sky) and is “revisiting” or coming back to the energetic of “a flag at half-mast in front of a public building.” Mercury discharged this degree on August 19-20. ”
Since the solar new year began on 4/7/2016, I have been keeping a diary/journal. So I page back to my 8/19/16 entry and find that I pulled the Tarot card of 7 Cups – Debauch. (I do not reflect via a tarot card every day, but it can be quite enlightening.) That had the meaning of ‘some deep disappointment has still not been resolved.’ Well, my deepest disappointment is that my husband couldn’t have been cured from cancer The fact that I’m ALONE.
So going down the rabbit hole on that; I questioned ‘How can I change my present situation?.’ And drew another tarot card: 0 (Zero) – The Fool. “You are ready for a new beginning, perhaps even a quantum leap. Give in, dare to leap, even if fear attempts to hold you back. Trust the voice from within your heart.”
Out of that I made the affirmation: I change my inner sense of ALONEness to opportunity for personal development.
Back to today’s Oracle Report, in reviewing my Aug 19 reflections; I see that I had decided to study Remote Viewing to see if I could help humanity that way. Which hasn’t progressed that well for me. From guidance received yesterday, a better path has been indicated for me. One I feel more in alignment with. It is along the lines of learning to be of assistance in particular mental crisis situations. Stay tuned to see how this works out for me.
PS Today I even noticed a flag at a Post Office which appeared to be at half mast.
Don’t we all feel relaxation when we are able to share with like minded people. Like having a bake sale and that comradery. Instead of baking cookies for a bake sale; we are growing spiritually together and pooling our spiritual attributes for humanity.
This YouTube below is a good introduction, in my opinion, to Simon Parkes. I belong to his group, Connecting Consciousness. Have had Skype visit with local members and in-person visit with the group for NJ & PA. Very supportive to share with like minded people.
While listening to the YouTube below, I felt that we are F**Ked. However, it brought out the importance of doing our work NOW. I am guilty of not doing as much as possible, mostly because I can’t decide how (if that can be accepted as an excuse).
At the 48:55 guidance begins for solutions on the personal level (which effects the whole). You would need to listen to the whole presentation to discover the depth of the battle (if I may describe it as such).
After getting thru this sobering YouTube, I went out to sit on Mother Earth (no chair) and while focusing on being in my heart center I used the Ho’oponopono prayer: “Mother Earth, I love you, I am sorry for what I, my family, my relatives, my ancestors have done that hurt you. I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”
I have felt an attachment to Joan of Arc, I am sorry for what (or the ‘way’) she was led by Black Magic and the juice her torture and death gave the Black Magicians. Like it was all a big set up. Can we see that now, and not feed anymore juice to the Black Magicians?
May Day ! A celebration of new birth for Mother Earth in the northern hemisphere. My neighborhood of the world is having rain. I view rain as a blessing: it nourishes growth. This is the peaceful kind of rain.
I am trying to have a personal new birth. As of yet, it is birth into the unknown. What can I do to help humanity rise to the new vibration of these changing times? Humanity, as a species, is breaking free of the power and control that has been orchestrating our lives for eons. The weakness in the chain of power and control is awareness. Awareness of the power and control. So far, alternative news is only readily found on the internet.
Sometimes I feel the awareness is a dumbing down as I can’t see a way out. Our lives are controlled by money. Those who have the most and orchestrate how to get more through those who have to earn it. We could have renewable energy, or a type of free energy – how could they (those in power and control) make money that way? We could be healthy (physically, mentally, and emotionally) – how could they (those in power and control) make money that way?
Money owns the news channels and we are fed BS. I read on-line that Trump bought the News Channels!! They (those in power and control) would have to be hurting for money or BANKRUPT (?)to give up that control. Wish I could verify that, but with all, time will tell. This would be the beginning of the end of the system of power and control. PS I’m not involved in politics, not advocating for Trump or anyone. I believe to date, it is all rigged and the campaigning is a sham, a distraction for humanity.
So back to May Day. Let us celebrate the spring rebirth of Mother Earth and tag-a-long Humanity!
Thoughts flicker through my mind like changing channels on TV ( channel surfing). So absorbed I become, I forget my presence, my identity, my purpose, my focus, my soul.
Let my Higher Self who is watching and waiting get my attention.
