Talk to Yourself – self Love

When I am talking to myself, sometimes I deliberately acknowledge that I am talking with my higher Self. Like ‘Thank you, Theresa, for doing those dishes.’ I do not like doing dishes and feel good when I thank myself. Humor intended.

Now, Barthlowmew, (whom I have written about previously) in the book JOURNEYS with a BROTHER, on page 90: “flood your body with the gift of loving nourishment clear down to the cellular level. A gift from you to you. Do this, and you will begin to feel the incredible presence of a loving vibration deep on the cellular level.

Try this by asking your higher Self to do this for your lower self (which is the physical self). If nothing else, it helps me feel that I am thinking clearer.

About Theresa Geise

I AM an elderly, female. I AM reflecting on this journey and purpose of life as a human being.

Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you
know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly.
I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.

I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same
    results.
