The heart speaks love.
The sound of love is in a baby’s laugh; so joyful!
The sound of joy refreshes the spirit.
In the spirit, NOW feels fine.
NOW feeling fine is contentment and inner peace.
My heart is telling me to reboot the feeling of love by heading over to FaceBook to hear that baby laugh for the joy of life in the moment. I can also just pull up that memory and get to the NOW feeling of contentment and inner peace.
