Where do negative or fearful thoughts come from out of the blue; following none of your conscious thought patterns? Perhaps that is not your thought !
Well, how can that be so?
Because your Being, being a spark of Divinity/Source, is not capable of negativity. But there is another consciousness on the planet that wants to shove the spark of Divinity/ Source out of your consciousness. It’s a fight for the negative to exist.
Not to throw the baby out with the bath water, some degree of negativity and fear are from your higher Consciousness, warning you and protecting you in certain situations.
Entertain the idea that you should question negative/fearful thoughts and if you feel they really do not represent you; say “this thought is not mine.” I have done that recently when it dawned on me to do so, especially in the middle of the night with uncalled for anxiety thoughts. Then I found it removed the fear or negativity from my conscious engagement.
